Forcepoint: 74% of IT leaders shifted funds to cybersecurity post-pandemic

In a survey of 508 international CEOs and CISOs, 90% of respondents mentioned they have been adopting, or taking into consideration, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and 74% had reallocated funds to cybersecurity, mentioned cloud safety organization Forcepoint. CEOs and CISOs are doubling down on converged safety approaches, Forcepoint discovered.

While analysts previously estimated 60% of enterprises would sooner or later embrace SASE by 2025, the WSJ Intelligence report discovered that the pandemic had accelerated several of their plans.
