Forge adds support for Avalanche, Immutable and other protocols

Forge, a platform designed to reward gamers for their in-game achievements, has announced new strategic relationships with several blockchain protocols. These include Avalanche, Immutable, Polygon, Ronin, Solana and Sui. These collaborations allow game developers using the protocols to distribute digital rewards to their players based on their on-chain progress. Forge also plans to highlight up-and-coming games on each protocol to drive interest from its community.

Kun Gao, Forge’s CEO, said of the partnerships, “We are thrilled to have our ecosystem partners supporting the Forge platform. They have been instrumental in helping the next generation of game developers, with Forge focused on connecting gamers with the next generation of games. It’s been fantastic building direct relationships with the major protocols that power gaming. Our missions are closely aligned, and we’re excited to work to drive interest and awareness for the best games on their platforms.”

Forge recently announced its first season, in which it partners with several games and offers several new features. The games include Shrapnel, Pixels, Blocklords, Army of Fortune, Parallel and E4C: Final Arena, for all of which gamers can earn rewards. It also adds new social features for Forge’s more than 300,000 users.

Most of the protocols express support for Forge. Bailey Tan, head of ecosystem at Ronin, said in a statement, “We’ve been impressed by the speed at which Forge has grown to become a staple of how games launch and engage their communities. We look forward to continuing to work with Forge to elevate the best games on the Ronin network.” Ed Chang, head of gaming at Ava Labs, added, “As gamers ourselves, we are huge fans of what Forge has set out to accomplish with their platform. Incorporating Avalanche and Forge will make it easier for game developers to find an audience and reward gamers for joining their communities.”
