Eight out of ten IT experts reported that their company’s usage of cloud technologies elevated in the course of the pandemic, according to a new worldwide analysis survey by ManageEngine. The survey focused on trends connected to artificial intelligence (AI), enterprise analytics, and technologies.

With organizations increasingly supporting a distributed workforce, IT personnel are more prepared than ever to invest in new technologies. Security, reliability, and price were the major 3 drivers behind organizational choices to adopt new technologies.

The survey also discovered that organizations are making use of tools that facilitate enterprise analytics and information-driven choice-generating. The vast majority (89%) of respondents indicated that their reliance on enterprise analytics efforts had elevated more than the previous two years interestingly, these efforts had been mostly led by IT teams. Across the globe, 64% of respondents stated that they presently use enterprise analytics to increase their choice-generating.

Confidence in AI has elevated drastically as organizations look to AI to increase operational efficiency and client experiences. 86% of organizations have elevated their AI usage more than the last two years, and 81% of respondents stated their self-confidence in AI options has grown.
