ManageEngine: 8 out of 10 IT authorities reported an boost in cloud use in the course of pandemic

The vast majority (89%) of respondents indicated that their reliance on enterprise analytics efforts had elevated more than the previous two years interestingly, these efforts had been mostly led by IT teams. Across the globe, 64% of respondents stated that they presently use enterprise analytics to increase their choice-generating.

Confidence in AI has elevated drastically as organizations look to AI to increase operational efficiency and client experiences. 86% of organizations have elevated their AI usage more than the last two years, and 81% of respondents stated their self-confidence in AI options has grown.
